What are the advantages of using a virtual office?
With a virtual office, you can now save on traditional office setup costs and meet in a secure business environment. Using a prestigious address as opposed to a home office gives you access to conference rooms, on-site amenities, and helps you build credibility in the eyes of your clients.
Can I use the center location address on my business stationary?
Yes! Once you sign up with one of our centers their address becomes yours. You can use the address on Yellow Pages listings, business cards, stationary and more. Having a virtual office allows you to maintain a physical mailing address at a prestigious location while working remotely from anywhere in the world.
How much conference room time do I get?
You can get as much conference room time as you’d like each month. Hourly rates vary by location. For more information on conference room rates and packages, call 1-888-456-3342.
Do I get to choose my own phone number?
Yes. Our phone packages give you the freedom to choose either a local number or toll free number.
Is the live receptionist 24/7?
Yes, our live receptionist package offers a 24/7 live answering service, available 365 days a year, in both English and Spanish.
How does call forwarding work?
Our call forwarding system works in one of two ways. With the auto attendant service, callers will hear an automated greeting that prompts them to use their keypad to reach you. With our live answering service, the caller will speak to a “live” person who will transfer the call directly.
How are my phone minutes calculated?
Your minutes begin from the time the receptionist answers the call to when they transfer it. Generally, most calls last between 20-40 seconds.
What happens if I exceed my phone minutes?
At the end of each month our team will evaluate your usage plan. If we see that your minutes need to be adjusted, we’ll contact you.
Can I add additional features as I go?
Yes. Our virtual office packages can be custom-tailored to suit your business needs and budget.
